Bio
Teresa 'T' Sammarco is a Professional Freelance Hair and Makeup Artist with more than 20 years of experience. She combines both business and artistic skills in the beauty industry having worked as resident artist, global educator and manager of multiple artists and territories before launching her freelance career in 2000. She now works with some of the most recognizable faces in the business, creating looks for high fashion editorial, print advertising, films and commercials.
She was Creative Consultant for Wantable for 2.5 years, working in Beauty Editor, print advertising, buying, blogging, as well as appearing on-camera and in print as their Featured Artist.
A talented writer, her first children's book THE WHAT IF BOOK, was published by HenschelHaus Publishing and won a prestigious Eric Hoffer Award. She is also published in the bestselling MILADY'S GUIDE TO COSMETOLOGY, which had four reprints. Her degree in theater has led her to work on stage and in front of the camera for corporate, commercial and theatrical performances. She is the mother of two children and is an active volunteer for childhood cancer research.
